You do not need another tool. You need the system.

Somewhere along the way, running a small business turned into administering a software estate. Eight subscriptions, eight logins, eight invoices, and no single place where the business can be seen whole. We build the other thing: one connected system — files, meetings, CRM, invoicing and AI agents — on a server that belongs to you, standing by the end of a single working day.

The bill nobody itemises

Each tool was a reasonable decision on the day it was bought. Added up, they are a standing charge against a business that never agreed to it.

Duplicate spend

Eight tools, four of which do the same job. Each one now charges extra for the AI it bolted on last year.

$150–250/mo

Dead ends

Your files, your contacts and your invoices live in three places that have never been introduced. The answer you need sits between them.

Unbillable hours

Blind assistants

Every app ships a chatbot that can see one drawer of the filing cabinet. It sounds confident. It is guessing.

Paid for, unused

Tenancy

The customer list is on loan. Prices go up, features disappear, an account lock takes a piece of the business with it.

An assistant is only as good as what it can see

This is the entire argument for consolidating, and it is short.

Ask the chatbot inside your invoicing app why revenue slipped last quarter and it will answer from invoices, because invoices are all it has. It cannot reach the campaign that went out three weeks late, the meeting where the client hinted they were leaving, or the file that never got sent.

The failure is not the model. It is the wall. Every subscription is a wall, and the answers you actually pay for live on the other side of several at once.

Put files, conversations, contacts, invoices and campaigns in one system and the question stops needing clever prompting. The assistant is not being smarter. It is simply allowed to look.

That is why we do not sell an AI feature. We build the ground it stands on — and then let you choose which model runs on it, with your own key, pointed wherever you decide.

Consolidation is not about saving money. It is about making the business legible to itself — and, once it is, to whatever intelligence you point at it.

What is actually inside

Proven open-source foundations, unified, branded for you and wired together — so it behaves like one product rather than a folder of bookmarks.

01

Files & office

Cloud storage, live documents, calendars and contacts, synced everywhere and sitting on hardware with your name on it.

02

Meetings

Video calls with transcription that runs on your own machine. Decisions stop evaporating when the call ends.

03

CRM & marketing

Contacts, segments, campaigns and automation, working from the real customer history rather than a stale copy of it.

04

Invoicing

Receipts and invoices raised where the files and the customers already are.

05

AgentsFlagship

Role-bound assistants with guardrails, reaching across files, contacts, campaigns and meetings — on the model you choose.

06

Workbench

A full coding and automation harness. Build the next tool the business needs instead of subscribing to it.

07

EmailSoon

Mailboxes on your own domain, closing the last loop back into the system.

08

Adaptation

The workflows move; the system follows. Connectors and website rework are part of support, not a change request.

04

The shape of day one

No six-month rollout, no vague efficiency gains. One working day, with a bar you can check at the end of it.

We map what you have

Every tool, every login, every workflow that currently depends on you remembering it. Nothing is migrated before it is understood.

Provisioned in an EU data center, deployed, branded, on your domain. Files, contacts and mail move across.

Transaction mail and newsletters are put in sync with the CRM. The agents are connected to your model of choice.

The concrete bar we hold ourselves to: at least one job that used to need you now runs without you.

Asked and answered

What is SoloSuite?

SoloSuite is one integrated business system for solo entrepreneurs and small teams: cloud files and office documents, video meetings with AI transcription, CRM and marketing automation, invoicing, and AI agents that work with the full context of your business. It runs on your own dedicated server, managed by us — for a one-time deployment fee and a low monthly flat fee.

Where does SoloSuite run?

On your dedicated server: a machine that runs only your business — no shared SaaS, no co-tenants. We provision it in an EU data center, deploy SoloSuite on it and keep it updated and monitored. You get isolation and data sovereignty without any sysadmin work, and a full export of your data anytime.

What does the one-time deployment fee cover?

An introduction meeting where we map your current tools and workflows, your dedicated server fully provisioned and deployed, branding, migration of your existing data, and any custom connectors we identify together in that first meeting.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Updates and security patches, monitoring, support, and continuous adaptation of the system to your needs — including rework of your current website or product surfaces as part of the support package. No per-seat pricing.

Why is one system better for AI than many tools?

AI is only as useful as the context it can see. When your files, conversations, contacts, invoices and campaigns live in one system, your AI assistants can actually connect them — instead of guessing across a dozen disconnected apps.

Is the AI model included, or do I bring my own?

You bring your own LLM access — an OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key, or a compatible provider you already pay for. What we include is everything around it: the agents, the guardrails, the full business context they work in, and the wiring to your provider of choice. We also connect self-hosted or custom models on request, so your prompts go only where you decide. Meeting transcription is the exception — it runs locally on your dedicated server, no external key needed.

Is my data safe? What about GDPR?

Your data lives on your dedicated server in an EU data center — isolated from every other customer, not spread across a dozen SaaS vendors, with a complete export available anytime. That makes GDPR compliance dramatically simpler and removes vendor lock-in.

What is actually running by the end of day 1?

We deploy in a single day, and the bar is concrete: by the end of the deployment day your system is live with your data migrated, every transaction mail and newsletter is synced with your CRM, and at least one of your processes runs automatically instead of by hand. That is our standard for operational efficiency — noticeable from day one.
